Role Overview:

Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with the design & content team for creatives, copy, and videos.

• Community Management:

• Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and replies.
• Monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment around the brand.

• Analytics & Reporting:

• Track, measure, and analyze performance of social media posts.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights & suggestions.

• Trend Spotting & Creativity:

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, memes, and pop culture.
• Pitch new ideas for campaigns, reels, and influencer collaborations.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with the influencer marketing, design, and performance marketing teams to execute campaigns.
• Coordinate with clients for approvals and feedback.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter algorithms & best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
