Influencer Marketing / PR Executive

Location: Hybrid (2 days in office)

Experience: 1–4 years

Responsibilities

●Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

●Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and brand collaborators aligned with campaign goals

●Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with influencers

●Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI

●Handle PR outreach including media pitching, brand collaborations, and partnerships

●Draft press releases, outreach mails, and brand communication content

●Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media contacts, and industry stakeholders

●Coordinate with internal content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

●Manage multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously while meeting timelines

Requirements

●1–4 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing and PR (agency experience preferred)

●Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

●Clear understanding of influencer pricing, contracts, and performance metrics

●Experience with PR outreach, media pitching, or brand partnerships

●Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup

●Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

●Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
