Our team values creativity, collaboration, and campaigns that deliver real results, and we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us in shaping conversations and building brands. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Influencer Discovery & Outreach** - Identify and reach out to influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, and Quora. - Help onboard creators and maintain an updated influencer database. - **Campaign Support & Execution** - Assist in planning and executing influencer campaigns end-to-end. - Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and approvals with influencers and internal teams. - **Relationship Building** - Support in nurturing long-term relationships with creators. - Communicate effectively to ensure smooth collaboration and brand alignment. - **Analysis & Reporting** - Track campaign performance and compile reports with key learnings. - Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, viral moments, and emerging platforms. **Qualifications Required:** - Freshers and recent graduates are welcome! Prior marketing experience is a plus, but not mandatory. - A passion for social media, influencer culture, and brand storytelling. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset. - Eagerness to learn influencer marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand partnerships. - Familiarity with social platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, and Quora.
