Influencer Marketing Executive

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers to execute successful brand campaigns across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist relevant influencers based on brand requirements

• Coordinate with influencers for collaborations, deliverables, and timelines

• Negotiate commercials and manage campaign budgets

• Brief influencers about brand guidelines and campaign objectives

• Track content posting (reels, stories, posts, videos)

• Ensure timely content approvals and campaign execution

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports

• Maintain influencer database and campaign records

• Build long-term relationships with creators and agencies

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and short-video platforms

• Understanding of influencer marketing trends

• Negotiation and relationship management skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing

• Freshers with strong interest in influencer marketing can also apply

Preferred :

• Experience with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle influencers

• Familiarity with influencer tools or CRM platforms

• Basic understanding of campaign analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
