Key Responsibilities :

• Influencer Outreach & Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute influencer-led marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to co-create content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Budget & Negotiation: Manage influencer marketing budgets, negotiate collaborations, and ensure ROI-driven partnerships.
• Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media platforms.

Requirements :

● 1+ years of experience in social media or influencer marketing for D2C products or consumer tech brands.

● Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, social media trends, and content strategies.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Hands-on experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.

● Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
