Role Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and scale high-ROI campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. You’ll own the funnel end-to-end—strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on

    Meta, Google, and LinkedIn

    aligned to business goals (leads, sales, ROAS).
  • Conduct

    keyword/audience research

    , build structures (campaigns/ad sets/ad groups), and write

    high-converting ad copies

    .
  • Run

    A/B tests

    (creatives, copies, landing pages, bids, audiences) and iterate for scale and efficiency.
  • Own

    daily pacing, bid/budget optimisation

    , and funnel improvements (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS).
  • Set up

    pixel/conversion tracking

    (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel) and maintain clean attribution.
  • Build

    weekly/monthly performance reports

    with insights and clear next steps.
  • Collaborate with design/content for

    ad creatives & landing page

    iterations.
  • (Bonus) Manage

    Amazon PPC/Marketplace Ads

    campaigns when needed.
Must-Have Skills
  • 1+ year

    hands-on

    experience with

    Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

    (not just course/project exposure).
  • Strong command of

    campaign structure, bidding strategies, audiences, and conversion optimisation

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    GA4, GTM, pixels, custom conversions, UTM hygiene

    .
  • Comfort with

    Excel/Sheets

    for analysis (lookups, pivots, trend charts).
  • Clear communication, ownership mindset, and bias for action.
Good to Have
  • Amazon PPC

    & marketplace ads experience.
  • Landing page CRO basics (forms, hooks, social proof, offer testing).
  • Basic creative sense for briefing/static & short-form video ads.

Compensation & Details
  • Salary:

    ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (DOE)
