Role Overview As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for driving enrolments, building strong student and parent relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth. You’ll act as the bridge between learners and our academic offerings, ensuring they choose the right path to achieve their career goals. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Conversion : Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful enrolments. Consultative Selling : Counsel prospective students/parents on courses, curriculum, career outcomes, and financing options. Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools. Revenue Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Relationship Building : Build and maintain trust-based relationships with learners, parents, and corporate clients. Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and academic teams to refine messaging, offerings, and pitch. Market Insights : Gather feedback from prospects and share insights to improve offerings and customer experience. Requirements 1–2 years of proven sales experience in the EdTech industry (B2C preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Willingness to work flexible hours based on learner availability.
