Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician Location: Delhi, India Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3–5 Years Salary: As per industry standards Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems, including ductable systems, VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems, and direct expansion (DX) units. This role demands strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a focus on delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities: • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems including ductable units, VRF systems, and DX units • Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance • Conduct system inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent future issues • Accurately document maintenance and repair work performed • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies • Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently • Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members Qualifications: • High school diploma or ITI/Diploma in HVAC or related field • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems • Proven experience with VRF, ductable systems and DX units is essential • Valid HVAC technician certification preferred • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals • Strong organizational and communication skills • Willingness to be on-call and respond to service requests as needed Benefits: • Competitive salary based on market standards and experience • Provident Fund (PF) and ESI (if applicable) • Paid leave and holidays • Training and professional development opportunities • Supportive work environment and potential for career growth Show more Show less
