Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various paid digital channels to generate high-quality applications for XED's executive education programs.
Campaign Management (Hands-on): Plan, set up, manage, and optimize campaigns end-to-end across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), specialized professional networks, and emerging executive-focused digital platforms.Audience Targeting: Expertly identify and segment senior executive audiences (20+ years of experience, multi-country) to ensure precise targeting and efficient spend.Budget Management & Optimization: Rigorously manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI, focusing explicitly on driving down the Cost of Acquisition (CAC) for program applications.A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement continuous A/B testing across ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and audience segments to identify optimal performance drivers.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM data, and platform-specific insights. Provide actionable recommendations based on data.Landing Page & Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, sales) to optimize landing page experiences and conversion funnels to improve application rates.Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new advertising technologies, particularly within the executive education and B2B SaaS space.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales/Admissions team to ensure lead quality alignment and feedback loop integration.
What You'll Bring
Experience: 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing paid digital campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion.
Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a background in education, executive training, or high-value service offerings.Platform Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (Certifications preferred), and Meta Ads Manager.Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies for improving CAC and application volume.Strategic & Tactical: Ability to switch seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and meticulous, hands-on campaign execution and optimization.Target Audience Understanding: A nuanced understanding of how to reach and engage senior executive audiences across diverse global markets.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling ad copy and presenting data-driven insights clearly.Ownership: A highly proactive, self-motivated, and individual contributor mindset, comfortable working independently to achieve ambitious targets.Must have skills
