About Growthan Media:

Growthan Media is a fast-growing digital advertising agency based in Gurugram. We specialize in performance-driven campaigns across fintech, gaming, crypto, and D2C

Role Overview:

You’ll plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end campaigns across Google & Meta platforms.
Optimize campaigns, run A/B tests, and track conversions to maximize ROI.
Work on landing page CRO, creatives, pixels/postbacks (via GTM & API conversions).
Build and monitor lead funnels (Click → Lead → FTD).
Analyze performance using
Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio.
Ensure ad policy compliance for financial/crypto ads.
Collaborate with design & strategy teams to refine creatives.
Manage ₹20–50 lakh
monthly budgets efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ yrs experience in Google & Meta Ads for
Finance/Crypto
.
Strong knowledge of
CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS optimization
.
Understanding of
pixels, S2S tracking, CRM postbacks, attribution models.
Analytical mindset & proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
