Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to execute, monitor, and optimise our paid and organic marketing activities. This role will handle day-to-day campaign setup, SEO implementation, tracking, and reporting, working closely with the marketing lead to deliver measurable growth in online sales and store visits.


Key Responsibilities:


Performance Marketing (Biddable Media)

  • Set up, run, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, Local, Maps), Meta Ads (Instagram, Facebook), Pinterest Ads.
  • Execute influencer paid amplification campaigns in-platform.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, CPC, CVR, CTR, and store local actions.
  • Apply geo-targeting, radius rules, and dayparting to match store catchments.


SEO & Organic Execution

  • Perform keyword research, build topic clusters, and prepare on-page optimisation updates.
  • Implement SEO changes on the site (meta tags, internal linking, schema, page speed fixes).
  • Manage local SEO: Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing Places listings.
  • Work with the content team on SEO-friendly blogs, product descriptions, and landing pages.


Tracking & Tools

  • Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and conversion tracking pixels.
  • Keep Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, and Pinterest Catalog updated.
  • Support reporting in Looker Studio.


Competitor Monitoring

  • Track key competitors’ ads, SEO signals, creatives, and promotions.
  • Share monthly insights and opportunities.


Reporting

  • Prepare weekly performance updates and monthly summary reports for paid and organic.
  • Flag issues early and recommend fixes.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years in performance marketing and SEO execution (fashion, retail, or ecommerce preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and major SEO tools.
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research, campaign setup, and optimisation.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data handling.
  • Comfortable working with both ecommerce and offline store tracking metrics.


Nice-to-Have

  • Pinterest Ads experience.
  • CRO tools like Hotjar or Clarity.
  • CMS experience.

  • Remote
  • Hybrid Pune (sometime in 2026)
