As a Performance Marketing and SEO Specialist at our company, you will play a key role in increasing online visibility, driving website traffic, and optimizing conversion rates through strategic paid advertising and organic SEO efforts. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns on various platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will also conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices, and analyze campaign performance data to measure ROI. Collaboration with content creators and web developers will be essential for on-site SEO improvements. Staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO, managing budgets efficiently, and utilizing bid strategies to maximize ROI will be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in performance marketing and SEO, along with expertise in PPC platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities are also required. Managing multiple projects effectively and meeting deadlines will be crucial for success in this position. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in content marketing and social media advertising, as well as knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
