Alzawiatech is a dynamic and growing business specializing in IT. We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team and help us convert inbound leads generated through WhatsApp and Instagram. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to inbound leads on WhatsApp and Instagram promptly Engage potential customers with personalized communication Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions Convert inquiries into sales and build strong customer relationships Track and report on lead conversion metrics Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies Requirements: Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or customer engagement Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus) Proficiency in WhatsApp and Instagram for business communication Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads efficiently Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,992.71 - ₹40,772.98 per month Work Location: In person
