We are hiring hands-on Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist who can manage both paid advertising and organic search growth. The role requires strong execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and complete SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical) for multiple client projects. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising (Google & Meta) Create, manage, and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Handle keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and budget control. Improve lead quality, CTR, and conversion rates through regular optimization. Track performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and conversion tracking . Share weekly and monthly performance reports. SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical) Plan and execute on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking). Manage off-page SEO (backlink building, guest posts, citations). Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, Core Web Vitals). Work with developers for SEO fixes and improvements. Track rankings, traffic, and search visibility using SEO tools. Team & Reporting Coordinate with content, design, and development teams. Share clear performance insights and improvement plans with clients and internal teams. Stay updated with platform and algorithm changes. Required Skills Practical experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads . Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO . Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager . Familiar with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Ubersuggest . Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills. Preferred Marketing / IT / Business background. Agency experience is a plus. Google Ads or Meta certification is an advantage.
