As a Performance Marketing and SEO Specialist at our company, your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance online visibility, drive website traffic, and optimize conversion rates. You will be working on paid advertising campaigns as well as organic SEO efforts to achieve these goals. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on various platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads - Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to boost organic rankings - Analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports to evaluate ROI - Collaborate with content creators and web developers to make on-site SEO enhancements - Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO - Manage budgets and bid strategies effectively to maximize ROI Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in performance marketing and SEO - Proficiency in PPC platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines In addition, the company prefers candidates with experience in content marketing and social media advertising. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript would be advantageous. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or SEO-related courses are also considered a plus. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position requiring in-person work at the specified location.
