Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to drive results through data-driven digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO, and technical optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
• Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies for paid campaigns.
• Optimize landing pages and ad creatives in collaboration with designers.
• Generate SEO reports, track rankings, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest PPC and SEO trends to enhance performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing & SEO.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing.
• Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
