Role Overview:

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media campaigns, paid ads, and brand communications.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators, strategists, and account managers to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Maintain brand consistency across all client projects.
• Stay updated on design trends and social media creative standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 

  1 year of experience

   as a graphic designer (internship or agency experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of design rules and specifications for 

  social media platforms.

• Proficiency in at least one of the following design tools: Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

   (knowledge of multiple is an advantage).
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and color.
• Ability to find solutions to problems, work in an active work space and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating short-form animations, GIFs, or motion graphics.
• Familiarity with brand strategy and storytelling through visuals.

• Based on skillset
