We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital interfaces. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into seamless user experiences while maintaining our high design standards.

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and visual appeal
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively
  

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color theory, and composition
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing
• Portfolio showcasing diverse digital products across different industries
  

Our hiring process consists of two rounds:

1. Design Test

    - Practical design challenge to assess your skills and design thinking (to be submitted within 2-3 days)

2. Interview with Design Lead

    - Discussion about your experience, design approach, and cultural fit

• Profiles without a portfolio will not be selected for the interview

• Please do not share raw Figma files as a portfolio - Submit a well-presented portfolio showcasing your work

• Probationary Period:

   The first 2 months will be a probationary period where you'll receive 50% of the agreed salary

• Work Arrangement:

   Currently remote with transition to hybrid model starting Mid 2026
