Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Mumbai. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Key tasks include analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The role involves monitoring key metrics, generating reports, and providing insights to improve campaign efficiency and return on investment.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Quick Commerce, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
• Knowledge of A/B testing methods and campaign optimization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
