Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager, located in Surat. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business goals. Daily tasks will include managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, conducting market research, and collaborating with the creative team to create compelling marketing materials. This role will also involve budgeting, reporting on marketing performance, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with online marketing strategies and managing digital advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other online marketing channels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the food or health industry is a plus
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media platforms
