Job Description - Deputy Manager, Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, IVR, and other paid platforms.

- Define and track performance KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROI, ROAS) to ensure achievement within allocated budgets.

- Manage A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments for continuous improvement.

Data & Analytics

- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using BI dashboards, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.

- Leverage data-driven insights to recommend improvements and maximize efficiency.

- Forecast campaign budgets, lead volumes, and ROI for business planning.

- Apply working knowledge of FTP and Python for campaign data handling, automation, and reporting.

Team & Collaboration

- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand objectives and business goals.

- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute performance marketing initiatives.

Optimization & Innovation

- Continuously explore and experiment with new channels, tools, and technologies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

- Drive innovation specifically in SMS, RCS, and IVR channels, while balancing other digital platforms.

Key Requirements

- MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in digital performance marketing.

- Proven expertise in SMS, RCS, IVR, and WhatsApp marketing (experience in these channels will be valued more than Google/Facebook expertise for this role).

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.

- Hands-on experience with Looker Studio, FTP, and Python (preferred over Google Analytics).

- Strong proficiency in Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel/Pivot Tables.

- Experience in managing large-scale monthly marketing budgets.

- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
