Role Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with scaling paid campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
  • Manage budgets, monitor campaign performance, and drive efficiency on CPA, CTR, ROI, and other key metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-performing digital assets.
  • Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare reports to track effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Manage remarketing and retargeting strategies to nurture and convert leads.
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Support senior leadership in growth strategy and scaling paid acquisition channels.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display & Programmatic platforms.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, App tracking (AppsFlyer / Adjust), Tag Manager, Looker Studio (preferred).
  • Experience in budget management, bidding strategies, and media planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Background:

  • 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, HealthTech, or consumer internet is a plus.
  • Exposure to app-based user acquisition campaigns will be an added advantage.
