Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Location: Bengaluru, India (On-site) Experience: 4-7 years in performance/digital marketing Role Overview: We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with scaling paid campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and delivering measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms. Manage budgets, monitor campaign performance, and drive efficiency on CPA, CTR, ROI, and other key metrics. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-performing digital assets. Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare reports to track effectiveness of campaigns. Manage remarketing and retargeting strategies to nurture and convert leads. Stay updated with latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. Support senior leadership in growth strategy and scaling paid acquisition channels. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display & Programmatic platforms. Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV). Proficiency in Google Analytics, App tracking (AppsFlyer / Adjust), Tag Manager, Looker Studio (preferred). Experience in budget management, bidding strategies, and media planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Background: 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing. Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, HealthTech, or consumer internet is a plus. Exposure to app-based user acquisition campaigns will be an added advantage.
