Phab is a dynamic and rapidly growing protein bar brand, committed to providing high-quality, delicious, and nutritious products to health-conscious consumers. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Gujarat region.


Job Overview:

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share within the assigned territory of Gujarat. This role requires a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, particularly in the health and wellness sector. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven sales leadership capabilities, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets within the Gujarat region.
  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team (if applicable).
  • Effectively manage budgets and resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Represent Phab professionally at industry events and trade shows.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the Gujarat market and its key players.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
