Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage online sales platforms, analyze sales metrics, enhance customer service experiences, coordinate with the sales team, and develop effective online marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring online sales performance, optimizing product listings, handling customer queries and feedback, and driving e-commerce growth through various initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in e-commerce and D2C
• Knowledge of online marketing and sales strategies
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
