Job Description

Otrix Life Science LLP is a growing D2C brand in the Beauty & Personal Care segment with a strong presence across leading online marketplaces. We are expanding our e-commerce operations and looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace performance, drive sales growth, and optimize daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations of online marketplaces including
Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio, Tata CLiQ, and Shopify
Handle
product listing, cataloging, A+ content, and keyword optimization
Plan, execute, and optimize
marketplace campaigns, deals, and promotions
Manage
advertising (PPC, sponsored ads)
to improve ROAS and visibility
Monitor
sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and competitor activity
Coordinate with internal teams for
inventory planning, pricing strategy, and order fulfillment
Ensure
account health, compliance, and issue resolution
with marketplace policies
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and share insights with management
Improve customer experience by monitoring
ratings, reviews, and returns
Support new product launches and seasonal sales planning

Key Requirements & Skills:

3-6 years of hands-on experience in
e-commerce marketplace management
Strong knowledge of
Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Partner Portal
, etc
Experience in
Beauty / Personal Care category
will be preferred
Good understanding of
digital marketing, PPC ads, SEO, and catalog optimization
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
