Key Responsibilities:- -Identify and acquire new domestic B2B clients in target industries like cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, perfumery, personal care, and wellness. -Develop strategic partnerships and generate export orders for essential oils, natural extracts, and fragrance ingredients. -Build and manage strong business relationships with key decision-makers and procurement heads. -Handle end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, order closures, and post-sales follow-ups. -Participate in national trade exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and industry events to promote the companys products. -Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align product offerings with customer needs. -Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence for business strategy development. -Maintain accurate records of leads, client communication, and sales pipelines using CRM tools. -Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Required Qualifications:- -Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration / Marketing / International Business / Life Sciences / Chemistry. - 4 - 8 years of experience in B2B sales or business development from essential oils, natural extracts, fragrance, pharma ingredients, herbal cosmetics, or related industries. - Proven track record of achieving export/import business targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Strong understanding of international trade documentation, pricing, and regulatory norms. -Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows (India & abroad).
