-Identify and acquire new domestic B2B clients in target industries like cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, perfumery, personal care, and wellness.
-Develop strategic partnerships and generate export orders for essential oils, natural extracts, and fragrance ingredients.-Build and manage strong business relationships with key decision-makers and procurement heads.-Handle end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, order closures, and post-sales follow-ups.-Participate in national trade exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and industry events to promote the companys products.-Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align product offerings with customer needs.-Conduct competitor analysis and provide market intelligence for business strategy development.-Maintain accurate records of leads, client communication, and sales pipelines using CRM tools.-Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
