Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Daman for an eCommerce Specialist. In this role, you will oversee the management and optimization of the company's e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, managing product listings, coordinating with internal teams to optimize the online store, and collaborating with customer service to address inquiries or resolve issues. Additionally, the specialist will assist in driving online sales initiatives and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Strong skills in E-Commerce operations and Sales strategies to effectively manage and enhance the online platform.
Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize e-commerce performance.
