What You’ll Actually Do

1. Ecommerce Operations Ownership

You don’t “assist” operations.

• Own day-to-day ecommerce ops across Amazon and D2C
• Ensure inventory is clean, live, and conversion-ready
• Eliminate stock-outs, delays, and silent revenue leaks
• Treat every operational mistake as lost money — because it is

2. Listings, Pricing & Conversion Control

We don’t list products.

• Own product listings end-to-end
• Continuously optimize titles, creatives, A+ content, and reviews
• Test pricing, bundles, and offers with intent
• Ensure listings convert, not just look good

If products don’t move, ops has failed.

3. Inventory & Supply Chain Discipline

Most D2C brands collapse here. We won’t.

• Forecast demand using data
• Balance scale with cash discipline
• Coordinate tightly with suppliers and fulfillment
• Build systems that survive growth pressure

4. Ops × Performance Marketing Alignment

Operations here supports scale — it never blocks it.

• Work closely with performance marketing teams
• Ensure ops can support high-ROAS campaigns without breaking
• Understand ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV well enough to act, not just report
• Fix operational friction before blaming ads

Your job is to make sure ops doesn’t kill it.

5. On-Ground Problem Solving

This role exists because ecommerce breaks daily.

• Handle marketplace escalations, returns, penalties
• Solve issues fast, on-ground
• Build SOPs so problems don’t repeat
• Improve systems week after week

• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Clear understanding of inventory, fulfillment, and listings
• Comfort with numbers and accountability
