Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will oversee online sales platforms, manage product listings, and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, improving the online shopping experience, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business objectives. The role requires proactive communication and attention to detail to ensure a smooth e-commerce operation.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in E-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
• Proven analytical skills to interpret customer data and improve sales performance
• previous experience in building and managing eStore.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Experience in sales and client interaction
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
