Role Description This is a full-time on-site Performance Manager role located in Gurugram at MyRaasta. The Performance Manager will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, implementing training programs, managing budgets, and enhancing overall performance management processes for the company. Qualifications Proven Expertise in Performance Marketing Advanced Data Analytics & Performance Optimization Budget Management and Optimization Continuous Performance Monitoring and Campaign Management Industry Expertise (Automotive Industry) Exceptional Communication and Leadership Skills Advanced knowledge of performance marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, programmatic, and content syndication. Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making, leveraging tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and DSPs to optimize campaigns. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
