About the Role

Seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the growth and visibility of our brand within the sneaker and fashion ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a proven record of digital campaign management for footwear, apparel, or streetwear brands, and an established network within the sneaker or fashion community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategise, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and emerging social channels (TikTok, Snapchat), directly targeting sneakerheads and fashion-forward consumers.
  • Manage budgets, channel allocation, and ROI tracking for full-funnel campaigns (awareness, conversion, retention) related to product launches, drops, and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to deliver culturally relevant assets and messaging aligned with sneaker culture, fashion trends, and seasonal releases.
  • Build influencer and ambassador programs with relevant sneaker and fashion personalities.
  • Analyse campaign metrics including ROAS, CAC, and LTV, proactively adjusting bidding, creative, and segmentation.
  • Engage actively with sneaker and fashion communities—tracking competitive brands, monitoring release dates, and engaging followers on social media.
  • Report weekly performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Test and scale new acquisition channels for growth in existing and emerging markets
  • Attend industry events, launches, and activations to support real-time content creation and deepen brand engagement.


Candidate Requirements

  • Industry Experience

    : Minimum 2–4 years in performance/digital marketing for sneaker, fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands; demonstrated campaign management and growth track record
  • Community Knowledge

    : Deep understanding of sneaker culture, release cycles, collector/consumer trends, fashion editorial, and relevant online communities
  • Technical Skills

    : Hands-on experience with paid social platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager), influencer management tools, and campaign reporting
  • Creative & Analytical

    : Ability to interpret data, ideate viral content, and collaborate cross-functionally with copywriting, design, and brand teams
  • Project Management

    : Experience in managing multiple campaigns/releases to tight deadlines, comfortable in fast-paced, style-driven environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Communications, or equivalent hands-on experience is considered

  • Strong industry contacts in the sneaker/fashion community
  • Exposure to global streetwear or youth culture events/activations
