Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who specializes in managing Amazon Ads while also having hands-on experience in Google and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI, drive sales, and improve customer acquisition. The role requires a strong analytical mindset to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Amazon Ads Management

  – Create, manage, and optimize

  SP (Sponsored Products), SB (Sponsored Brands), and SD (Sponsored Display) campaigns

• Conduct

  keyword research

  , bid optimization, and audience targeting to maximize visibility and conversions.
• Track and analyze

  performance metrics

  (ACOS, CTR, CPC, ROAS) to drive continuous improvements.
• Set up and manage

  promotions, deals, and A/B testing

  for ad creatives and landing pages.
• Use data insights to

  improve customer acquisition, retention, and profitability

• Google & Facebook Ads

  – Plan, execute, and optimize

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Facebook Ads (Meta)

• Collaborate with

• Continuously explore new

  ad formats, bidding strategies, and marketing channels

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
