We specialize in crafting brand stories, executing impactful digital strategies, and building high-value engagement through performance-driven campaigns. Role Overview We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Performance Marketer to lead and scale ROI-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. You’ll work directly with our strategy and creative teams to launch, optimize, and report campaigns for high-ticket luxury jewellery clients. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube. Own ROAS, CAC, CTR, and lead generation metrics. Build custom audiences, retargeting funnels, and conversion events. Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad copies, visuals, and landing pages. Monitor analytics, generate weekly reports, and make data-backed decisions. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, placements, and ad formats. Optimize budgets across platforms for best-performing segments. Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry trends. Requirements 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably with high-AOV or luxury brands. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel or reporting tools. Understanding of creative performance, luxury consumer behavior, and conversion-driven design.
