LegUp is a dynamic caregiving platform dedicated to bridging the gap between families and quality caregivers. We are in a high-growth phase, backed by top-tier investors, and are looking for a data-driven growth expert to own and scale our user acquisition engine.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to own the entire customer acquisition funnel. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid marketing strategies across channels to drive efficient growth. Your core mandate is to scale our growth profitably.
* Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the performance marketing strategy and budget allocation to achieve ambitious growth targets for both sides of our marketplace.
* Channel Management: Hands-on management of key paid channels (e.g., Meta, Google Search, YouTube) from campaign setup to optimization and reporting.
* Data & Analytics: Constantly monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CVR) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Conduct rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
* Full-Funnel Optimization: Work closely with the content and product teams to ensure a seamless user journey from ad click to conversion (sign-up, application, demo request).
* Budget & ROI: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient spend and a strong return on investment. Forecast growth based on spend and conversion rates.
* Develop and execute distinct strategies for acquiring job seekers (volume, efficiency) and clients (B2C - lead quality, account-based marketing).
* Tooling & Technology: Leverage and manage marketing tech stack (e.g., Google Analytics, FB Pixel, CRM, Automation tools) to track performance and gain insights.
* 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/growth, preferably in a startup, marketplace, or tech company environment.
* Proven expertise in managing large monthly budgets across Google Ads (Search, UAC) and Meta Ads Manager with a proven track record of meeting CAC and ROAS targets.
* Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and data visualization tools.
* Experience with tracking setups (pixels, UTM parameters), conversion tracking, and attribution models (Last Click, Multi-Touch).
* A test-and-learn mindset with a portfolio of successful A/B tests on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
* Excellent communication skills to present data, insights, and recommendations clearly to the leadership team.
* Experience managing Google/Meta Ads for B2C lead generation.
* Basic knowledge of SEO and organic growth channels.
* Experience with App-based marketing
