Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Hyderabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, explaining our services, and converting leads into clients. The Sales Associate will also manage client relationships, address inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract prospective clients.

• Experience in sales and customer service roles
• Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare or caregiving industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
