Key Responsibilities: * Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the performance marketing strategy and budget allocation to achieve ambitious growth targets for both sides of our marketplace. * Channel Management: Hands-on management of key paid channels (e.g., Meta, Google Search, YouTube) from campaign setup to optimization and reporting. * Data & Analytics: Constantly monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CVR) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
