Sales Associate

In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance customer interactions by providing a positive and engaging sales and service experience. Your main responsibilities will include managing the entire customer journey, from account opening to order processing, and ensuring a seamless experience for each customer. You will utilize your comprehensive product knowledge to manage pricing effectively and provide customers with accurate information and the best value. Your goal will be to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. It is important to adhere to established quality standards to maintain the highest level of service and accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment through regular housekeeping, contributing to a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Your role will also involve providing valuable WFS to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of store processes. Overseeing stock management by ensuring accurate inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and efficient replenishment to meet customer demand will be part of your responsibilities. You will also handle all administration and reporting tasks efficiently, ensuring that all necessary records are up to date and performance metrics are accurately tracked.
