As a rapidly growing brand, we are looking for a Strategy and Growth Analyst (Directly reporting to the Founder/CEO) to join our team with key responsibilities in strategy, growth & fund-raising & push for data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Build meaningful insights from DTC data: o Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. o Create detailed reports and dashboards to support business decisions. 2. Business Process Improvement: o Work closely with teams to identify gaps and recommend process enhancements. o Assist in implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency. 3. Fund Raise: o Work closely with founder to share brand vision & plans with potential investors o Work on fine detailing of fund raise process. 4 . Work across all 5 functions of brand ( Product, Marketing, Business, supply chain and sourcing) and see how consumer data can propel them further. 5. Monitor market trends like a hawk so that you can help Founder/CEO build Data science backed trend prediction in house Engine “Monrow Vaani”. We Are Looking For: An experienced Business Finance Manager who will play a key role in building and maintaining financial systems and processes. This role involves developing and managing MIS reports, understanding and analyzing unit economics from contribution margin to EBITDA, and collaborating across departments, including inventory and operations, to ensure financial efficiency and growth. Skills and Experience: MIS Building: Proficiency in creating and managing MIS reports, using tools like Power BI or Excel. Unit Economics: Deep understanding of financial metrics from CM1, CM2, to EBITDA level. Business Operations: Experience in execution across different business verticals, such as inventory or operations, loss control, profit maximizing.
