As the Performance Marketing & Growth Manager, you will leverage data-driven decision-making and creative experimentation to enhance awareness and conversions for iO Tales. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. - Collaborate with the content team to create high-performing creatives and copy. - Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements to maximize ROI. - Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as CAC, CTR, and ROAS. - Engage with local creators and influencers for paid partnerships. - Explore marketplace ads to enhance product visibility. - Implement growth experiments to expand brand presence cost-effectively. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of relevant work experience in Performance Marketing. - Possess an analytical mindset with strong reporting skills. - Ability to strike a balance between creative and performance objectives. - Familiarity with digital ad funnels and optimization strategies. - Comfortable with rapid experimentation and iteration within a startup environment.
