Own the team’s performance, seller retention, SLA adherence, and media spend growth. Conduct daily huddles and weekly reviews to help AMs prioritize accounts and actions. Hire, mentor, train, and coach AMs to ensure consistent performance and high motivation. Monitor call quality, follow-ups, and disposition tagging via dashboards and reports.
