Position Summary: As a Marketplace Ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and brand visibility through targeted advertising campaigns on popular marketplaces like Amazon, eBay and our website. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective advertising strategies to reach potential customers and increase our market share. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketplace advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify effective targeting options. Create compelling ad copy, images, and landing pages to attract potential customers. Manage and optimise ad campaigns across multiple marketplaces, including bidding, budgeting, and targeting. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., click-through rate, conversion rate, return on investment). Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimise campaigns. Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices. Optimise product listings for search visibility and conversion. Manage product reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image Develop and manage advertising budgets within allocated limits. Allocate resources effectively to maximise return on investment. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketplace advertising or a similar role. Strong understanding of marketplace advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, eBay Advertising, Walmart Marketplace). Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing. Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
