ABOUT THE ROLE As an Area Sales Manager North India at Aretto, you will oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail stores in the region. From coaching retail teams and driving monthly targets to managing stock levels and operational efficiency, your role will be critical in ensuring Aretto delivers an exceptional in-store experience every single time. This is a high-impact, field-focused role that requires leadership, analytical thinking, and a passion for retail excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, support, and mentor retail teams across multiple retail locations in North India, ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Maintain discipline and compliance with store-level SOPs and company standards. Set, track, and evaluate monthly sales targets, driving performance across all stores. Identify and address performance gaps in underperforming stores through corrective actions. Train and coach store teams on sales techniques, SOPs, and promotional strategies to boost effectiveness. Support recruitment efforts and foster a performance-driven, high-engagement store culture. Monitor KPIs, footfall, and stock levels; share performance reports and insights with senior leadership. Ensure optimal stock levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and implement stock control and audit measures. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 4–7 years of experience in retail sales or area/store management (footwear or sportswear experience preferred). Proven track record in multi-store handling, team development, and achieving sales targets. Strong skills in stock management, reporting, and SOP implementation.
