Job Description

As a Team Lead you will oversee a team of 1012 Account Managers, ensuring high-quality campaign execution and seller satisfaction. Your role includes driving team performance, seller retention, and media spend growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of 1012 Account Managers to deliver high-quality campaign execution and seller satisfaction.
Own the team’s performance, seller retention, SLA adherence, and media spend growth.
Conduct daily huddles and weekly reviews to help AMs prioritize accounts and actions.
Hire, mentor, train, and coach AMs to ensure consistent performance and high motivation.
Monitor call quality, follow-ups, and disposition tagging via dashboards and reports.
Ensure all SLAs (callbacks, follow-ups, renewals) are tracked and met.
Collaborate with tech and ops teams to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
Comfortable with a fixed 9-hour shift and occasional peak-time flexibility.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in digital performance marketing with marketplace ads (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho etc.).
Experience managing customer-facing or seller success teams in an ad-tech environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate dashboards into actionable insights.
Proven ability to grow seller accounts and meet revenue/media spend goals.
Strong people management skills with a bias for action and hands-on coaching.
Demonstrated experience in hiring and building high-performing teams.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech, ops, and client-facing teams.
