Role & responsibilities

Maintain an extremely high level of Process Integrity in Supply Chain to safeguard brand reputation and image 1. Implement and ensure a comprehensive framework incl but to limited to X-Ray scanning to ensure no Explosives, Narcotics are moved through our supply chain and no unwanted shipments are delivered to VIP addresses 2. Continuously monitor Narcotics and Explosives patterns through available sources of information and VIP Addresses to reposition the ENPDR program accordingly 3. Maintaining end to end data and MIS for production to any govt or regulatory authorities in case of a ENPDR breach 4. Work closely with Legal, GA and Corp Affairs teams to handle and minimise adverse impact of social Media escalations, Women Child Safety related cases, Fatal accidents, Suicide, Armed Robberies etc which have a potential to adversely impact brand image

Preferred candidate profile

1. APST Audit at all Warehouses every Month.

2. Maintain TAPA FSR certification at all WH

3. TAPA FSR Internal Audit at all WHs every 6 months (Current - Yearly)

4. 100% Training of APST Mgrs and SGs as per revised Design Basis

5. BGV for 100% employees of Supply Chain including Security Guards. No re-entry of backlisted employees

6. 60% Scan rate of Marketplace IB in SC (Current 40%)

7. Threat Image Projection to be maintained at 99-100% (Current 99%) 8. Revision & Updating of Sensitive address every Qtr

9. 100% Frisking Protocol at all sites with SG deployment.

10. Wall to Wall Audit of all critical Hubs (500) once in every quarter by APST

11. APST to E2E escort of all IWIT movements by Air.

12. PV/CV stations with dedicated HR at all 500 Critical hubs before BBD 25.

13. 100% Micro Count at Shipment level by APST in HVR of FCs

14. Strengthen Physical Security measures at hubs before BBD
