Role Overview We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities. The successful candidate will identify potential clients, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities 1. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM-based outreach 2. Research and identify potential client companies and decision-makers 3. Conduct in-person pitches and presentations to prospective clients 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients 5. Negotiate and close business deals that align with company objectives 6. Track activities, manage pipeline, and report on performance metrics 7. Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction 8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn for business development Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions Proficiency in MS Office suite Preferred Skills Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry Knowledge of the Kolkata business landscape Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign management Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
