Corporate Sales Executive

VCEFE Global Solution is expanding the reach of our real estate platform Plots7.com, which helps buyers discover verified plots across Tamil Nadu. To strengthen our field presence, we are onboarding motivated part-time sales partners who can drive property sales with flexible working hours and attractive incentives.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, closing deals, and earning additional income on a flexible schedule. As a Corporate Sales Partner, you will promote Plots7.com listings, coordinate field visits, and convert leads into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Plots7.com property listings to potential buyers.
• Conduct field visits, explain property details, and assist in decision-making.
• Maintain lead follow-ups and build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with our internal team for site details, updates, and closures.
• Work independently based on your availability while meeting sales expectations.
• Represent VCEFE with professionalism during all client interactions.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching customers and handling sales discussions.
• Prior experience in sales or real estate is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
• Should have a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler.
