Junior Accountant (Female Only)

We are looking for a female Junior Accountant with at least 1 year of experience in basic accounting and bookkeeping. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with daily accounts, and ensuring proper documentation of transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping
• Handle data entry for sales, purchases, payments, and receipts
• Manage due follow-ups and payment reminders
• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
• Assist in preparing GST filings and other statutory documents (if required)
• Organize and maintain files and financial documents
• Support senior staff with basic accounting tasks
• Coordinate with vendors/customers for invoice clarifications and payments

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Basic knowledge of Tally / Excel / Accounting Software
• Understanding of accounting principles and due dates
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Female candidates only
• Qualification: B.Com or any relevant degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
