ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a results-oriented and analytical Marketplace Ads Specialist to drive growth and visibility across leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and TataCliq. The role focuses on planning and executing ad campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). Youll own end-to-end campaign managementfrom strategy and execution to performance analysis and optimizationensuring our products reach the right audience with maximum impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategize, plan, and execute ad campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces to achieve agreed ROAS and growth objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance — revenue, ACOS, CTR, CPC, and daily spends — to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor and report performance of new and existing products, ensuring high visibility and efficient ad spends.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for key product categories and hero SKUs to scale performance during key sale events.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and optimize category-level performance.
  • Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads through structured experimentation and bid automation.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements in campaign reporting and optimization workflows.
  • Stay up to date with marketplace ad innovations and emerging trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, and operations teams to ensure cohesiveand performance-led campaign execution.

KEY SKILLS & BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Amazon Ads and other e-commerce platforms (Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, etc.).

• Strong understanding of marketplace ad types — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.

• Proven experience in ROAS optimization, ACOS reduction, and scaling ad revenues.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with campaign dashboards and ad reports.

• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
